Starting July 1, 2025, the Town of Morrisville will charge a fee of .20/kWh for electric vehicle (EV) charging at Town-owned and operated chargers.
How it works: Users will incur a fee of .20/kWh for EV charging. The Town's dwell fee remains in effect. After three hours (plus a 15-minute grace period) EV owners will be charged $10 per hour with a $100 maximum. Fees will be processed by ChargePoint with proceeds used to offset the cost of electricity. Depending upon battery capacity, 3-hour charging session fees on average will range from $2.40-$12 for a range of 12-60 miles. Access hours: EV charging will be available during the hours of 6am-10pm daily.
