The department has three major components that support the Town:

  • Capital Improvement Projects, which includes in-house design and project oversight. Funds are approved and appropriated by the Town Council.
  • Development Projects, which are funded by developers working within the community and Town limits.
  • Stormwater, which addresses residential and business concerns about stormwater run off.  Funding is provided by Stormwater Utility surcharges.
